I mentioned in my previous blog post that Mark Joyner, founder of Simpleology.com will be speaking at the World Internet Summit taking place on the 26th-29th May in Singapore. Perhaps not everyone would have heard of this internet marketing legend as well as the great program Simpleology.
So just thought I should give a brief history of Mark Joyner and also Simpleology.
Facts About Mark Joyner:
Mark Joyner is a #1 best-selling author of over a dozen books translated in almost as many languages. He is widely recognized as one of the early pioneers of e-commerce, responsible for inventing, pioneering, and popularizing many of the technologies we take for granted today (including remotely-hosted ad tracking, electronic books, Integration Marketing, and more …)
One of his books (MindControlMarketing.com) shot to #1 within 36 hours of its release. - One of his websites became the 37th most visited website on the planet within 6 weeks of its release. His pioneering ebook (Search Engine Tactics) was downloaded over 1,000,000 times years before e-books were common.
About Simpleology:
I guess one of the reasons why not many people would have gained access to Simpleology is because the simple.ology Strategic Partnership program is not open to the public. This is due to Mark Joyner’s intention of restricting the promotion to be done by only members who truly believe in the theory of Simpleology and not just anyone who’s in just for the profits.
Nonetheless, I must salute Mark Joyner for his long term vision for Simpleology and I was delighted when my application was approved to be one of his strategic partners.
So what is Simpleology all about?
It has three levels basically.
Level 1: The Simple Science of Getting What You Want.
Level 2: The Simple Science of Money
Level 3: The Simple Science of Personal Energy
And the 5 Laws of Simpleology are as follows:
1. The Law of Straight Lines
2. The Law of Clear Vision
3. The Law of Focused Attention
4. The Law of Focused Energy
5. The Law of Inescapability of Action/Reaction
Each of these laws will present you with simple but effective theories and are designed to help anyone achieve the success that they desire.
And they are explained in the videos included inside the course. There are also 3 software that one can download on the desktop which will serve as an enhancement to the excellent web cockpit that one is able to gain access to.
My favourite component is the daily target praxis. It is basically a 15 minute ritual that one should start each day with which will send you towards the escalating path to success. And it will help increase your 3 sources of power which are Time, Energy & Money.
Nonetheless, even though Simpleology has had a huge impact on my life, I do have to warn you that it will only work if you do what it asks.
Oh ya.. Did I mention that Simpleology 101 is completely free to sign up? So hurry and learn the Simple Science of Getting What You Want by clicking here.
In my next post, I’m going to reveal how you can get $6,812 worth of free stuffs shipped to your door. So stay tuned!

Today marks the last day of lessons for this sch sem! Finally all my project deadlines and presentations are over.. Really a sigh of relief for me.. But not time to enjoy and relax though.. As it also signals the start of the study week.. Meaning to say my exams start in one week’s time! Time to panic for some.. But for me, I don’t have the habit of panicking b4 exams..
Nonetheless, this calls for effective management of my time so as to maximize my study week in preparation for my exams.
Have been listening to Dan Lok from Outsource & Delegate and he happens to talk about the 9 time management techniques that he uses. Dan is one of the most highly sought after business consultants on the Internet. Patricia also posted a time management post over at her blog too.. Hence, shall share some of the time management techniques that I learnt.
7 Effective Techniques For Time Management
1. Prioritize
With so many tasks on hand, prioritizing is an ultimate must. You can’t possibly accomplish everything within a day. Hence, you need to prioritize and work effectively. Effectiveness is working on things with high payoffs. You should always focus on objectives and not on activities. The most important tasks/activities are those that help you to accomplish your objectives. Hence, each day we should set one major objective and achieve it. Ask yourself these questions to see if you are prioritizing your time effectively:
a. What’s the most efficient use of my time right now?
b. What’s the payoff of this activity?
c. What objectives do I want to accomplish?
d. Is what I’m doing this minute moving me closer to my goals?
2. Have a To Do List
Having a To Do List has various advantages such as:
a. It helps us know the different things that have do be done so that we do not miss anything.
b. It is more dependable than our memory.
c. Once we have a written list of the things that we have to do, we can prioritize and decide which jobs should be done first.
d. It enables us to cross out the tasks which have finished doing and towards the end of the day when we see the list of things that we have crossed out, it certainly will give us a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
e. If anything remains on today’s list, it can be carried over to tomorrows list and that is excellent way of preparing a to-do list for the day, by examining the ‘to-do’ list of yesterday and carrying out any task that has been left without completion
3. Time Blocking
Set aside blocks of time for everything you do. You can even make appointments with yourself. Think about it, normally when you make appointments with others, you’ll tend to keep to it. However, when you assign tasks to yourself, chances are you might procrastinate. Hence, see your tasks as appointments with yourself and make sure you adhere to your appointments.
Try to schedule your time in smaller blocks. Most people schedule their time in one hour blocks. However, many tasks do not require one hour, hence it can be a waste of time.
Note: Bill Gates schedules his time in 6 min blocks. How about you?
4. Only check your emails once a day
I must admit I check my emails pretty often. And I believe most internet marketers also have this bad habit. I check my emails to see if there are new opt-ins, check to see if there are sales orders or affiliate sales, check to see if there are new comments on my blog and also check if there are new emails coming from the various internet marketers whom I subscribed to.
Honestly, this is highly unproductive. Hence, if you are like me, stop! And try to dedicate a specific time to check and read your emails, and only once or twice a day.
5. Create Your Own Productive Environment
You are the subject of your environment, therefore select the best environment which will move you towards your goals. Hence, in order to be a high performance worker, you cannot be interrupted.
In order to create a productive environment, it must be free from all kinds of distraction. Once you set out this block of time to accomplish a certain task, make sure you set your mind only on the task. Do not leave your MSN or TV on, which will only serve to distract you.
6. Become computer efficient
This is especially useful for internet marketers. Learning to type faster and using the essential shortcut keys will be able to help us save a great deal of time.
7. Stay Focused
Successful people are laser- beamed focus. In order to maximize your time fully, you just have to be super focused. Don’t jump from one task to another. Make sure you finish a task before moving on to the next one.
Having a productive environment will also help you to stay absolutely focused.
============================================
So there you have it! The 7 Effective Techniques for Time Management.
This will surely come in handy during my exams preparation as well as in the future. Hope this benefits you as well!
Meanwhile, if you would like to learn more about truly leveraging your time, check out Dan Lok’s Outsource & Delegate. It will certainly add a new dimension to your business.

I was tagged by my friend Kian Ann at Blogopreneur (a really informative blog focusing on blog marketing) a few weeks ago.. This was part of a meme started at Today is That Day. Haha.. as you can see, I’m long overdue.. Oops.. Hope this wun discourage people from tagging me.. My bad!
Wanted to blog this post long ago, but kept procrastinating. Also partly due to the two marketing test I had in school which just ended today! But this also signals the start of the study break soon in preparation for the final exams for the semester. Just three more weeks and it’ll be over! Thereafter, three months of holidays!
I’m so looking forward to that. Lotsa exciting plans lined up. It’s going to be a massive breakthrough for myself and some of my friends whom I’ve gotten to know recently. Can’t wait for that.
Now that I’ve battled two of my exams and have some time to take a breather, shall go ahead and post my long overdue post.

So the meme asks to state our top success secrets. Hmm.. sounds rather tricky.. firstly, you need to define success. As everyone’s definition of success varies, so there’s no universal indicator. So before I state my habits towards successs, guess I should first explain my definition of success which can be found in my previous post at
What Is Your Definition Of Success
Anyway, here are my habits!
Success Habits
1. Communicate with God daily - I constantly pray to God. By this I do not mean I devote huge amount of time to quiet prayers. I try to involve God with my daily activities, making it a point to thank Him for small little things that happened in my life. Most importantly, I constantly remind myself of how merciful and gracious He is. I live my life for Him.
2. Show gratitude - It’s easy to get carried away with all the busy stuffs that I’m involved with. And often I neglect the people around me. Hence, I make it a point to show my appreciation as much as possible. Simple things like saying thank you, smiling.. and saying I love you (for Patricia). Also, it feels good to show gratitude even to people whom you don’t know. Try thanking the person who clears your table when you dine the next time. Few people does it. But from my experience as a waiter before, I know that simple gesture is worth a lot. So I always make it a point to thank people for such simple service.
3. Stay positive always - Highly important. I hate it when people whine and complain, and talk about the worst scenarios possible. Really depressing to hang around with such people. As if the crises facing the world isn’t gloomy enough and you have to add on to that. Cheer up! Many of my peers get so uptight over a small lil proj or test and cannot stop worrying. Worrying will not help! So if that’s the case, why worry? Guess it’s human nature.
But I do know that all successful people are positive people. And they focus on solutions instead of problems.
So stay positive always! When problems arise, do not fret! As Problem + Solution = Opportunity.
Quote from Johnny Wimbrey:
If you hang around with 9 negative people, you’ll be no. 10!
So hang around be positive people as well! Positive people are always happy. So you can count on them to cheer you up too!
I’ve talked more about staying positive in a previous post. Read it at Stay Positive Always
4. Establish a strong driving factor - I’ve managed to establish an extremely strong driving factor for myself and I remind myself constantly about it. This helps to act as a powerful motivation tool and helps to kick procrastination away. I talked about the importance of finding your driving factor at Would You Rather Be Rich (Pt2).
5. Set well-defined goals and remind yourself of them daily
Setting goals not only serve to track your progress and also gives you a direction in life. You should set goals in all areas of your life. Setting stretch goals will also stretch you out of your comfort zone and lead you to achieve things which normal people wouldn’t.
6. Being absolutely committed towards achieving my goals - This means I’ve made it a MUST to achieve my goals. And I’m absolutely passionate about achieving my dreams and goals.
7. Do not be afraid of failure - I talked about this in Success Tip #2 & #3 For 2007 - Overcome the Fear Of Failure & Avoid Procrastination so read it over there!
8. Consistently learning (Being a student for life) - I a strong believer in personal development. Am glad that I was exposed to NLP and motivational resources early. Am also a student of Success University whereby I gain access to courses, audios and videos from 50 of the world’s speakers and trainers. This provides me with the extra knowledge and motivation boost.
I also constantly read books and listen to audio programs in my quest for more knowledge. Learning should be a lifelong process, and no matter how successful you think you are, it’s still vital that you keep striving to upgrade. No man is perfect, and there’s always things that you can learn from others. So never think you know everything!
9. Apply the knowledge I’ve learnt - Knowledge is useless without application. Many people would attend seminars or buy tons of books. But all these will simply translate to money going down to drain if no application follows. Just take an example, I know of at least three friends who have read the book Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires by Adam Khoo. However, none of them have taken action towards the things that were laid out inside the book.
On the other hand, I’ve taken massive action and started out on my internet marketing business. Not saying I’m highly successful now, but I know I’m working towards there. Most importantly, I’ve really pushed myself out of my comfort zone and not contend with living an unmotivated and average life.
Applied Knowledge = Wisdom
10. Visualize Success - I visualize myself being at the position I want to be constantly. Remember the Law of Attraction from the movie ‘The Secret’? I’ve visualized myself speaking in front of an audience in my own workshop way before the idea of holding a workshop surfaced. And it has manifested in reality. Now the Law of Attraction does not advocate you simply sitting down and thinking positively w/o doing anything.
It doesn’t take a genius to realize that this is not going to bring you success.
What it’s trying to convey is
Thought -> Decision -> Action
For every desired end state, it has to start with a thought. Just take a look around you. Everything that was invented started first with a thought. Hence, your thoughts will lead your mind to your decisions that will result in your actions. So if you focus on positive thoughts, it will lead you to take the right decisions in order for you to take the neccessary actions which will culminate in positive results.
On the contrary, flood your mind with negative thoughts and your life will be a replica of your negative thoughts.
So remember, you need to start visualizing yourself achieving the success you desire even before you achieved it!
Now that I’ve shared my habits, what are yours?
I shall pass this on to a few friends
1. Patricia
2. Moonaire
3. JiaYu
4. Rachit
5. Ethan
6. Desmond (upon his pleas)

So happy to see all the comments pouring in.. Nv knew so many people actually bothered to read my blog posts.. Haha.. So b4 I proceed, jus wanna say thanks to all who have voiced out their opinions. Appreciated it. Had a wonderful time reading thru every single comment and really pondering and reflecting over many stuffs.
For those who have not read my previous blog post, do read it over here.
Now, the blog post was intended to clear some misconception about money and people who strives hard to be wealthy.
Though the title of my blog post could have been misleading. Just in case some people misunderstand that I actually would rather choose to be rich than happy, just let me clarify. Firstly, I must state that I would definitely choose to be happy rather than rich. Period.
I know money is NOT equivalent to happiness. I’ve seen so many examples of families who live an extremely simple life but yet experience the warmth and happiness which so many wealthy families are deprived of.
That is something which no amount of money in the world can buy. On the other hand, there are numerous examples of wealthy families which are broken apart. While many people admire those who are being born with a silver spoon, I’ve seen cases of wealthy friends who feel extremely depressed and empty inside due to the lack of warmth and happiness in their families. As a result, they resort to crimes and other bad behaviours so as to seek excitement in order to fill the empty space created by their wealthy parents.
Hence, this has led to the belief that being wealthy actually creates more problems. And some people really do believe that wealth and happiness are mutually exclusive.
But is that really the case?
Having read through the comments in my previous post, just would like to bring up some interesting points:
First one is by
Rachit:
But the truly happy people in the world live completely in today. They have no worries about tomorrow, no thoughts of the past, they feel good every day … almost as if they are living in a compartment of one day.
And so here’s the irony … we want to be rich … because that money, and the journey towards the money will make us happy.
But because we work so hard to be rich, our attention shifts to the past & future … not NOW. And NOW is where true happiness lies. The ability to be happy despite your situation - to feel a good inside when we are poor, rich, sick, healthy
So, in my case … my ongoing goal is to remain happy without condition … if i’m successful, failing or anything else … i want to be happy with myself. If success, great meaning or riches happen along the way, it’ll be a nice bonus.
I think Rachit made a really good point about people focusing on the past and future and not the present. Certainly the case. True happiness does lie in what is happening NOW.
Hence, we should always strive to be happy with what we’re doing NOW. But my point is, those who are perpetually complaining about their lack of finances and lack of time etc are usually those who end up slogging their lives out for money. It’s because that they do not have this desire to be wealthy and have no dreams & aspirations for themselves that they are forced to report to a job which they dislike and end up being even unhappier.
Coincidentally, these are the people who will tell you ‘I do not want to be rich. I just want to be happy.’
Why do I say that? The friend which I mentioned in my last post has always complained to me about not having enough money. She’s NOT happy. And she WANTS to be rich. It’s just that she has not managed to identify the driving factor to move her out of her comfort zone.
Why is that so?
This brings us to the next comment by Moonaire:
I believe in helping people, and have been doing so since I could remember. Most are pro bono, and once in a while I do get paid (even when I don’t charge them), but either way, each time I successfully provide a solution, it brings a smile to their face, and it is that smile, that ‘customer satisfaction’ that pushes me forward.
Would I rather be rich or happy? I don’t really care about either. I just want everyone else (especially the billions of people on earth in state of poverty) to be happy, and I will do all I can for that smile on the face.
Now now.. Think about it for a second… Do you think Moonaire strives to be wealthy? YES! We’ve just had a short discussion on Friday about some big plans we’re going to launch and we want to be millionaires by the age of 25.
But what’s the difference here??
Moonaire has managed to identify a cause that is so much bigger than himself. You see, when your cause is just YOU alone, you will never find the motivation to work hard. You will never see the need of having big dreams and aspirations because it’s all about YOU alone.
If it’s not for my mother who has to stand and work for 8 hours every single day even though she’s already 55, I will never see a need either. If it’s not for my father who has to constantly face debtors knocking on the door and contemplate declaring bankruptcy, I will never see a need either. If it’s not for the majority of the world’s population who lives on only US$1 a day, I will never see a need either. If it’s not for our Lord & Saviour who has gifted us with our life and a chance to make a difference in others’ lives, I will never see a need either.
So it’s not really about YOU being happy and YOU being rich.
I’m sure many of the wealthiest people do not just work hard for their wealth and happiness. In one of the comments in my last post, I mentioned about the various large charitable organisations in the world being set up by some of the billionaires.
They recognise that the cause is bigger than them. Which is why despite accumulating so much wealth, they still do not stop working. And GIVING.
Here’s a quote from Johnny Wimbrey: ‘When you put money before the cause of helping people, money is your master’.
Then are those so called ’spiritual’ people who criticize people for seeking wealth. But yet, they themselves are slaves of money and are perpetually unhappy as well. So many people believe that wealth and spirituality are mutually exclusive. I beg to differ. I believe in Enlightened Wealth. I believe in giving first. I believe that our Lord has abundance of good things in store for us, with wealth being one of them. Not for us to enjoy, but for us to help the needy ones.
Alright, if you actually bothered to read this long post, I really thank you for your time. having said so much, bottomline is: Find something that you really enjoy doing. And try to convert it into a profitable stream of income. In that way, you will be able to be happy not only now, but also in the future. And you’ll be able to be rich at the same time.
Coincidentally, this is also what is being preached by adam Khoo.
And yes, I do aspire to retire young. Not because I can enjoy for the rest of my lives. But because I can devote more time and energy to accomplish the greater things in life.

Today, I was chatting with some of my friends in school when a comment by one of my friends sent me into some serious thinking. We were just chit-chatting casually when one of my friends asked me how’s my online business doing. As usual, I was pretty excited about my online business plans and also the workshop that is currently ongoing.
I went on to talk about how we must really live out of our comfort zone in order to become successful and wealthy in life. Then one of my friend commented:
‘I do not want to be rich. I just want to be happy.’
For one instant, I was stunned. For some reason, I did not know how to answer her. Not because I agreed with her mindset. But because I was rather astounded by that comment. I mean, since when wealth and happiness are mutually exclusive??
Then another quote came to my mind,
‘Money will not buy you happiness’.
Ahh… Now I’m starting to see the link.
It seems like some people are having this misconception that being rich will actually rob you of your happiness. But is that truly the case? Take a look around, who are the majority of people who are constantly beset by problems? I believe that the majority of problems people face in life(relationships, health, career) are the result of LACK of money.
Today, divorces and crimes are influenced by the lack of money. Now, I’m not saying that all poor people are sad and all wealthy people are happy. I’m not as myopic as to equate happiness with wealth.
But, while I do agree that money will not buy you happiness, I do believe that not having money will not make you happier as well. Hence, I would definitely rather to be unhappy with money than unhappy without it. Though that’s besides the point.
Coming back to the comment, I just wonder how many people also share the same belief? Why can’t you strive to be rich and happy? I feel that people who share that belief are simply having some misconceptions about money.
You see, the true wealthy people do not think of money just as coloured pieces of paper. They see it as tools to fulfil every one of their dreams. The fact is, money itself is just a concept. A spiritual concept if you would like.
And money contains the power to do so much good. One got to look beyond the surface of money notes and see the benefits it can bring to one’s family and loved ones. If you do not think of yourself, at least think of others.
When you keep thinking that you only want to be happy rather than be rich, you’re simply only thinking of yourself. But, the reason why so many wealthy people work so hard for money is not for themselves! The cause is bigger than each individual!
Just take a look at Bill Gates and Warren Buffet, two of the wealthiest individuals in the world. They could have retired long ago, with the sheer amount of wealth they have built for themselves. Instead, they still continue to work. (though Bill Gates has recently stepped down from managing Microsoft’s operations) Is it because they are so money-minded that even with so much wealth they are not satisfied? Of course not!
People like to associate rich people with being materialistic and claim that these people worship money. But take a look around once again and you will realize it is the people who lack money who worship money. Who woks all day, year after year in a job which they hate, just for the monye? Who is constantly worrying about money? Who are those who constantly queue long hours each week to have a go at the lottery?
Is it those who are wealthy or those who have no money? I rest my case.
So why do Warren Buffet and Bill Gates still continue to work? It’s because of their passion and for a cause is greater than them! Why do I say that? These two men have pledged the majority of their fortune to charity.
Judging by their actions, do you think they are not happy??
Stop holding on to the belief that you just want to be happy and not rich. When you have that belief, you will NEVER be rich. And trust me, you won’t like that feeling.
Money can give you the power to touch so many more lives and fulfil your mission on Earth. I believe we were born not to just lead a normal life. If you want to be special, work for it. Stop letting these limiting beliefs impede your success.
I know only by being rich can I relieve my parents of the misery and burden they face due to financial problems. I know by being rich can I truly help the poor in the world. I know by attaining financial freedom can I have the time to accomplish more of the greater things in life. It’s because of these ‘whys’ that I operate differently from the majority of my peers, and I’m proud of it.
And the next time people criticise you for being materialistic just because you work hard for your goals, tell them to give you their money then. Since it’s not going to make them happy. Might as well relieve them of the misery. Enough said.

In one of my previous blog posts, I talked about one movie - ‘The Secret’ which I watched upon recommendation from Stuart Tan.
You can read about my post over here. Unfortunately, the Google video link has been removed by the owner so you can’t view the video for free. Nonetheless, you can view it at http://thesecret.tv for a small fee.
Recently, I did some pondering over the Law of Attraction once again.
In my last post about The Secret, I mentioned about the 3- step process mentioned in the movie:
1. Ask - Make a command to the universe
2. Believe - Believe that your wish will be granted.
3. Receive - Prepare to receive.
And it led me to think about this verse in the bible:
‘Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you’ - Luke 11:9
Sounds similar doesn’t it?
I thought about how the Law Of Attraction has manifested in my life lately and it just won’t stop….
Just awhile back ago, I was working as a sales promoter every single weekend. As I had to juggle work with studies, I found it extremely hard to cope. Most importantly, I wasn’t able to attend church because of my work committments which greatly disturbs me.
Everyday, I would wish for a way whereby I could generate an income but yet do not require me to work every weekend. And the answer came in the form of ‘Secrets Of Self-Made Millionaires’.
Recently, I’ve gotten to know many like-minded individuals through some of the weirdest occurrences. It’s funny how these people just appear in my life. And some of these people have became good friends of mine, as I forsee many more meaningful relationships being forged.
And just yesterday, Patricia and I conducted our first ever live workshop to a group of individuals whom we got to know in the past two months or so. Ever since I saw Adam Khoo speaking on stage, I actually visualized myself doing the same thing. And this visualization finally became a reality yesterday. Though it was just a small step, I know it’s a stepping stone to many more good things to come.
Just as ‘The Law Of Attraction‘ states, everything that is happening in your life is a consequence of your thoughts. Everything, including the people you meet, the occurences that happen, the wealth & success you have managed to achieve.
Positive thoughts = Positive results.
Focus on your problems & misfortune and you will constantly be bugged by even more problems and misfortune will continue to befall.
Focus on solutions to your problems and count your blessings and more good things will follow.
You’ve got to visualize you attaining success and wealth so vividly and act as though you have received it.
Though I do not wish to discuss religious issues, but if you think about it, it’s all about receiving. We all have abundance of blessings in store for us, but not everyone are willing to receive them.
So how much are you letting the Law of Attraction manifest in your life today?
The later you delay applying this Secret which is slowly being revealed to many, the more good stuffs you’re depriving yourself of.
To end off, I would like to share this quote from Les Brown during one of his seminars, which I have the privilege of viewing because of Success University. He says, ‘Our life is a gift from God. And how we live it is our gift to God’.
How true indeed.

During the Stuart Tan’s subscribers meeting I attended on Wednesday, he mentioned about the movie - ‘The Secret’. Apparently, many of the highly successful individuals have watched the movie repeatedly. Intrigued by such a highly rated movie, I went on to discover ‘The Secret’ together with Patricia, thanks to google video which made it possible to watch it online.
And man, we were completely blown away. The Secret was presented right before our eyes - The Law of Attraction.
I felt like the truth of life was suddenly being exposed and it really struck me. I felt so enlightened. The fact is, the Law of Attraction has already manifested in my life, but I was unware of it up till this point.
So many times have events, things and people entered my life just when I hoped for them to happen. My prayers were all answered through these things that have happened in my life.
Just a brief overview of the movie before I share my thoughts on it.
‘The Secret’ is based on a documentary-style format and basically depicts the Law of Attraction. Some of today’s greatest teachers were presented in The Secret and will impart this special wisdom that has been known by so few.
The Secret reveals amazing real life stories and testimonials of regular people who have changed their lives in profound ways. By applying The Secret they present instances of eradicating disease, acquiring massive wealth, overcoming obstacles and achieving what many would regard as impossible.
If you look very carefully at everything that has happened in our life, when it comes to the power of our mind and the Law of Attraction, it’s all around us. All you got to do, is just open your eyes and look!
You can really see the Law of Attraction everywhere in your life! You draw everything to yourself. The people, the job, the circumstances, the wealth, the joy… What you think about, you bring about in your life.
Your life is the physical manifestation of the thoughts in your head!
So what does that mean?
If you keep focusing on what you don’t want, you will get what you don’t want!
You have the ability to change your life simply by tweaking your thoughts. Stop focusing on all the negative thoughts. Stop thinking about the bills you have to pay, the job that you dread, the people around you who do not appreciate you.
Instead, focus on the wealth, success, relationships and health you desire!
If you’re constantly worrying and in fear, all these things are going to stay in your life forever.
‘Whatever you’re feeling and thinking today, you’re creating your future.’
So think about it for a moment. What kind of future are you creating for yourself?
Once you understand the Law of Attraction, your life will change for the better beyond your wildest dreams.
If you want that dream car, visualize yourself driving it! If you dream of living the particular lifestyle you desire, visualize yourself truly in that lifestyle!
Feel the joy, feel the happiness! You have to do that if you really want it to happen!
The three step process mentioned in the movie:
1. Ask. Make a command to the universe and let the universe know what you want, and the universe will respond to your command.
2. Believe. You’ve got to believe that what you’ve asked for is already yours. You do not need to know how what you’ve wished for is going to come. You’ve just got to be focused and believe, for the Law of Attaraction to manifest in your life!
3. Receive. Start feeling the way you will feel when what you’ve asked for arrives. You’ve got to feel it. imerge yourself into the emotions and happiness and it will become a reality one day.
Everything in your life is attracted by you. Noone else, nothing else, but YOU.
Follow the 3- step process… And your life will never be the same.
I couldn’t contain my emotions after being revealed The Secret.
It really struck me that everything that is happening to me right now in my life, I’ve visualized it happening.
All I need to do is just to believe and receive. And I will never stop doing that from this moment.
Start focusing on what you want today! Instead of what you don’t want. Place all your attention on what you want to experience. Remember, energy flows where attention goes.
‘Whether you think you can or can’t, either way you are right.’ - Henry Ford
Our job is not figuring the ‘how’ to do something, we just have to turn it to the universe, and our Creator will grant our wishes.
Start letting the Law of Attraction manifest in your life…
And I thank God for The Secret…

Now for the last success tip for 2007: Do What You Love!
This is probably the most valuable success tip I can give to anyone.
I believe all of us have our own interests and passions, and it’s a waste not to pursue them.
In life, we’re often told to do this and told to do that by our parents or elders. As a result, we’re often shaped according to other’s beliefs and expectations. So many people are forced to give up their passions because of other external factors and I feel that it is very saddening.
People who have dreams to pursue non-academic interests will definitely face discouragement since young. And I think that it’s truly a pity that they simply allow their talents to go to waste.
In fact, careers are often chosen not based on interests but rather based on the salary. If you were to ask around, many will tell you that they have absolute no interest in the industry they are in. Rather, many are simply lured by the money.
It’s sad to know that so many people are wasting 40-50 hours of their time per week doing things that they do not love. No doubt, you may be able to reap some rewards from the income you earn. However, if you were to waste 40-50 hours in suffering, then wouldn’t the time lost more than cancel out the benefits gained from the high salary?
I strongly feel that one will only be motivated to do something if they are truly passionate about it. If you simply have no interest in what you doing, it can be really tiring and chances are, you are going to give up soon.
Hence, when choosing your career, be sure to choose one that you have an absolute interest in. On the contrary, people often just head straight into the industry that have the highest demand.
However, they fail to remember that industry demands and trends fluctuate. Today, the industry you’re in may be in hot demand. But years later, perhaps due to technological advancement or other factors, your industry can easily downgrade to a sunset industry.
And if you happen to be in that particular industry purely for the false illusion of it’s ‘hot prospects’, what are you going to do? You’re stuck forever in your area of expertise and will find it hard to venture into other industries if you area of knowledge is highly specialized.
Thus, we should instead seek a career in what we love.
Because, the key is not choosing the industry that is the most profitable that will determine your success. But rather, it’s where you stand in your industry. In any industry, there is the rare minority who establish themselves way above the rest. And there’s also the majority who barely make ends meet.
So instead of searching so hard for the industry that can bring you the greatest amount of wealth, think of how you can be the best in the industry that you are passionate about.
You can be successful in ANY industry as long as you’re passionate and willing to put in the hard work. And I believe that all successful individuals have one thing in common. That is they love what they do.
Take a look at the wealthiest individuals in the world today. These people have accumulated so much wealth for themselves that money is simply not going to motivate them further. But rather, it’s their intense passion for what they are doing that keeps them continue to work.
Warren Buffet, the 2nd richest man in the world, has already pledged the bulk of his $42 billion fortune to charity. However, he still continues in his investments. Simply because he’s absolutely passionate about investing.
Now if you have often thought that successful people are simply more disciplined and motivated, you are wrong. The reason why they are able to have such a strong motivatinf and driving factor in them is because they absolutely love what they do.
When you are truly passionate about what you do, your motivation is automatic. You do not need others to remind you what to do. And you will not complain about working hard. Because when you are doing something you love, you will not see it as work. Rather you see it as play and you will enjoy doing it.
And also, in order to be successful in your industry, you must have the motivation to constantly upgrade and improve yourselves. Without the passion, you will surely burn out and give up.
Hence, start identifying your passion and do not be afraid to pursue it!
With that, we’ve come to the end of my success tips series.
I shall now move on to focus on more online money making techniques.
And to add on to what I said earlier, the reason why I’ve decided to concentrate on online income streams is because it allows me to follow my passions and convert it to streams of income at the same time.
I shall elaborate more on how you can follow your passions and build successful online businesses in the future posts so stay tuned!
